Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at check-in/out and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, referrals, and tests as directed.
• Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and relay information to patients and staff.
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or text and provide practice information.
• Maintain front desk organization and handle basic administrative tasks.
