Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health, Ahwatukee location, is hiring a Patient Coordinator to manage the front desk, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, and deliver concierge-level service to patients. This full-time role emphasizes a friendly, professional patient experience in a fast-paced clinic setting.

You’ll greet patients, handle check-in/check-out, answer phones, and coordinate with the care team to ensure smooth operations while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, medical spa, or other healthcare setting required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software.
• Experience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men's health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience
