Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Patient Services Liaison to coordinate patient scheduling, site operations, and clinical trial visits. You will work closely with researchers and site staff to ensure a seamless patient flow and high-quality care, handling multiple administrative tasks and supporting patient engagement.

The role requires 2+ years in patient services or healthcare-adjacent roles, HIPAA understanding, and proficiency with electronic scheduling and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma is required.
• 2+ years of experience in patient services, clinical coordination, or healthcare-related role.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or administrative office work preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
• Experience using technology (electronic scheduling systems) and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and maintain accurate visit calendars and diaries.
• Assist with front desk reception: greet visitors, answer calls, address inquiries with professionalism.
• Provide administrative support: prepare documents, filing and record maintenance; coordinate site operations.
• Support study-related applications, diaries, and documentation as delegated.
• Collaborate with researchers and site staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office management as needed.
• Support the Future of Medicine program and coordinate external providers as required.
