Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume calls and electronic inquiries from patients, providers, and staff.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments per provider availability and clinic policies.
• Maintain and update patient records in the EHR; ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally to support a positive experience.
• Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to optimize patient flow.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and well-being.
