• Oversees tracking in the EMR while collecting co-pays and ensuring form completion.
• Completes the patient check-out, including balances and scheduling return appointments.
• Enters patient admitting information and collects payments.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Adheres to state and federal laws including HIPAA, OSHA, and FLSA.
