Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Patient Liaison to provide direct assistance to patients, their families, staff, and management. The role focuses on resolving concerns, managing the waiting room, and serving as the primary contact for patient feedback.

The position requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a patient-centered approach to ensure timely triage and smooth office workflow. The incumbent will support adherence to privacy standards and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Sign in patients and coordinate with PSRs and Technologist staff for timely triage.
• Serve as the first point of contact for feedback, complaints, and compliments, providing resolutions.
• Communicate delays and options to patients and facilitate problem solving with staff.
• Ensure HIPAA/privacy standards and professional appearance in a patient-facing role.
