Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Patient Liaison to provide direct assistance to patients, families, staff and management. You will resolve concerns, communicate delays, and ensure patient comfort in the waiting area.

The role focuses on excellent customer service, empathy, and professional interaction, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and collaborating with PSRs and technologists to improve patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all waiting room functions including podium desk.
• Sign in patients and triage to PSRs based on appointment times or needs.
• Communicate delays and reasons to patients and staff.
• Serve as first point of contact for patient feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate with PSRs, technologists, and front desk to resolve patient issues.
• Assist with process improvement from the patient perspective.
