Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming front desk experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize therapist availability.
• Verify insurance and handle authorizations.
• Answer calls and emails with clear information and scheduling assistance.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
• Coordinate with therapists and assistants to ensure smooth operations.
• Process patient payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Manage part-time clinic assistant schedules.
• Meet with Clinic Leader to review operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized front office environment.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate with vendors.
• Support policy and workflow improvements.
