Job summary

Premier Health is seeking a Patient Relations Specialist at Miami Valley Hospital to support the patient experience team. You’ll be the first point of contact for callers, patients, and families, triaging concerns and questions with compassion.

You will log and track patient concerns, coordinate grievance case assignments, maintain confidentiality, and provide occasional clerical support including supply requests and service tracking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years in customer service or related role.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, walk-ins, emails, and service alerts.
• Maintain an accurate log of patient concerns and requests.
• Coordinate case assignments to patient representatives per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information; provide clerical support when needed.
