You will contribute to data collection, assist with billing coordination, and provide patient education while upholding the organization\'s ethics and service standards. A strong customer-service background and healthcare exposure are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years healthcare experience.
• Experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Manages schedules to optimize providers, rooms and equipment.
• Coordinates clinic templates and care alternatives for patients.
• Communicates with patients and staff to ensure adherence to the treatment plan.
• Supports data collection and analysis related to physician productivity and resource utilization.
• Facilitates resolution of billing errors and denials; obtains pre-certifications or referrals as needed.
• Registers patients and schedules or coordinates appointment scheduling.
• Provides patient education information and materials as needed.
• Maintains strong relationships with patients, providers, and staff.
• Answers inquiries related to practice operations.
• Conducts follow-up with patients to ensure compliance with testing, prescriptions, and plan of care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
