Job summary

OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital is seeking a Service Excellence Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors and OhioHealth physicians and associates while maintaining confidentiality and guiding them through the hospital.

The role includes greeting, directions, escorting visitors, assisting with wheelchairs, answering multi-line calls, and coordinating with Guest Services and Ambassadors to resolve issues and expedite admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Equivalent Experience may be considered.
• Minimum two years of direct service hospitality or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors and OhioHealth physicians and associates.
• Communicate between patient, family and hospital staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Act as an advocate by investigating and expediting admission and other delays.
• Resolve problems and escalate when necessary.
• Greet, direct, escort visitors and assist with wheelchairs; answer multi-line phone calls.
• Oversee information desks and lobbies for cleanliness and order.
