This position is primarily on-site and requires Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office or spa environment preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or high‑touch service roles is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with check‑in and check‑out.
• Support a positive patient environment and resolve concerns.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider coordination.
• Process payments accurately and assist with end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
