Qualifications

• Two to four years of customer service experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven hospitality and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Experience with EPIC, CBORD, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Systematically rounds daily on inpatients and other patients as directed.
• Acts as liaison between patients, families, visitors, and staff to coordinate services.
• Responds to inquiries, requests, and complaints; manages feedback and resolves issues promptly.
• Provides a warm welcome and establishes strong connections with patients and families.
• Maintains knowledge of BMC facilities and services to assist with questions.
• Collects, documents, and tracks patient experience feedback.
