Formación

• High School Required.
• 1-3 years Customer Service Experience in a hospital setting Preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (Medium proficiency).
• Excellent interpersonal skills (Medium proficiency).
• Excellent Communication skills (High proficiency).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between patients, family members, and hospital staff.
• Interact with patients and families to engage them in care and provide information.
• Listen to concerns and mediate issues, escalating when needed.
• Contribute to service recovery for dissatisfied patients and families.
• Assist in developing and implementing new initiatives to improve patient and family satisfaction.
• Participate in multidisciplinary committees to voice patient and family perspectives.
• Share trends from patient feedback with department leadership and suggest improvements.
• Welcome and direct patients and visitors, issue passes, and answer questions per hospital guidelines.
