Job summary

Claremedica is seeking a Patient Care Concierge in Florida to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional service and supporting front-office operations. You will greet patients, schedule and process registrations, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of work in a medical clinic or customer service.
• BLS preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Professional and courteous communication with staff and patients.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; typing 40 WPM.
• English proficiency; bilingual a plus.
• HIPAA and AHCA experience preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
• Greet every guest that enters our center.
• Prepare new patient registrations, check-in, and check-out.
• Answer all phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Maintain and organize the Provider’s schedule and appointments.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect copays and any outstanding balances before visits.
• Verify appointment types and run end-of-day reconciliation reports.
• Scan documents into the EMR system and process faxes.
• Restock office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and confidentiality of records.
• Participate in daily/weekly huddles and service recovery when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
