Pinnacle Fertility in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to guide patients through financial processes and ensure clear understanding of their financial obligations with a compassionate, customer-service mindset.

You will verify demographics and insurance, manage calls and appointments, process copays, and partner with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient clinic operations while maintaining an organized, welcoming reception.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support clinic operations.
• Resolve patient concerns and connect them with the appropriate team member.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Float between Washington clinic locations based on staffing needs.
• Support additional projects and administrative responsibilities.

About The Role

The Patient Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting patients through their fertility journey by guiding them through financial processes and ensuring a clear understanding of their financial obligations. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer service-minded, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care and a seamless financial experience.

We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join Pinnacle Fertility - Washington in Kirkland, WA. This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday and participation in a rotating weekend and holiday schedule.

Fertility experience is not required. We’re open to training the right person on the fertility side of the role. Whether you bring strong customer service experience, are a recent graduate, or are looking to pivot into healthcare, we’re looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to grow in reproductive medicine.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, a medical office, or another patient- or customer-facing environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Professionalism and empathy when supporting patients through sensitive situations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, scheduling systems, and basic computer applications preferred.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about fertility and reproductive healthcare.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour (final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
