Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient relations, check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
• Assist with patient registration by collecting and verifying insurance information.
• Accept payments for physician/clinic services and post charges.
• Provide accurate patient, medical, financial or procedural information to patients or approved outside entities.
• Respond to routine inquiries concerning practice services and hours of operation.
