In this role, you will communicate with the front desk, respond to inquiries professionally, and provide compassionate support to patients while they wait. The position emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors to the medical center.
• Escorts patients to doctors’ offices, restrooms, and other locations.
• Assists patients with special needs (wheelchairs, walkers, etc.).
• Notifies administration of unsatisfied patients or care concerns.
• Interacts with patients while they wait for appointments.
• Maintains awareness of patient needs and keeps them informed.
• Communicates patient status to the front desk.
• Addresses inquiries professionally or directs them to the appropriate staff.
• Provides a warm goodbye and excellent service to patients and visitors.
• May cover contracted external facilities or travel on LMC buses when needed.
