Job summary

LensCrafters Clinic in Raleigh, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an enthusiastic front desk administrator to coordinate daily practice operations. You will link patients, doctors, and staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient vision care.

This full-time role requires strong customer service, solid communication, and organizational skills; familiarity with in-store technology is a plus. You will support weekends/evenings as needed and uphold company policies and HIPAA

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year strong customer service experience.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients promptly and courteously.
• Answers the telephone in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedules appointments in person or by phone to optimize provider time and patient flow.
• Notifies doctors of arrivals, tracks service vs. schedule, and reminds providers of delays.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
