Responsibilities

• Ensure associate behaviors are in place to consistently exceed OD NPS, patient retention, exam and contact lens growth.
• Attract new patients to the practice and promote the OD services.
• Lead through the OD labor model and optimize patient flow for a positive experience.
• Greet patients with a genuine positive attitude and welcome them promptly.
• Explain all required paperwork, tests, insurance benefits, products/services and timelines.
• Coordinate and remind patients of appointments; manage no-shows per policy.
• Train and certify new doctor office staff; supervise and coach team.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and data entry in the POS/system.
