Responsibilities

• Engage patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner.
• Handle check-in/check-out, scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Support clerical duties, mail, faxes and cash handling as needed.
• Coordinate with Access Center staff for time-sensitive requests.
• Ensure a patient-centric experience and maintain a clean, orderly reception area.
