• Accept and disseminate guest and staff feedback to the appropriate area.
• Coordinate guest information needs with external services and resources.
• Assist guests in contacting insurance, referrals, or tests, and help schedule appointments.
• Access information via multiple systems to provide test locations, visiting hours, and other details.
• Liaise with volunteers and manage visitor passes, directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Greet guests at major entry points and assist with directions and transportation needs.
• Round in waiting areas to ensure guests receive needed care, information, and service.
