• Communicates politely and clearly; confirms guest understanding and handles complaints calmly.
• Assists in locating patients and coordinating with staff to meet patient and family needs; may involve ADA/LEP considerations.
• Maintains waiting areas and coordinates with security to ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Notarizes healthcare documents when required by state Notary laws.
