• Informs on visiting hours and locations of ambulatory offices and departments.
• Provides hospital maps and assists disabled patients with wheelchairs or escort.
• Maintains lobby cleanliness and monitors restrooms; reports issues.
• Enforces No Smoking policy and guides traffic flow with Security.
• Handles parking information and assists patients waiting for transportation.
• Assists with discharge procedures and hospital calendar information.
• Operates wheelchairs safely and tracks their usage.
