Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage first and last impressions of the facility with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Greet and acknowledge all occupants and provide responsive guest service.
• Answer phones and route calls to departments and outside organizations as needed.
• Utilize Epic for appointment look-ups and transport requests.
• Coordinate with departments and transport teams on patient/visitor needs.
• Support hospital staff and handle conflicts or concerns promptly.
• Assist with traffic flow at facility entrances and wheelchair transport when needed.
• Assist patients/visitors in getting in and out of vehicles as required.
• Perform symptom screening for entrants when required.
