Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inform patients about wait times, provider availability.
• Address general inquiries and concerns with empathy.
• Guide on charges, payment processes, and insurance procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Answer and route incoming calls with basic information.
• Ensure confidentiality and UPH data handling.
