Job summary

Stanton Optical is part of Now Optics and seeks a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service and facilitate sales while connecting retail and clinical teams. You will greet patients, gather information, perform basic tests, and support seamless patient flow.

You will collaborate with both retail and professional services, handle appointments and inquiries, and help resolve issues while maintaining brand standards and delivering a high-quality eyecare experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups and ability to listen actively.
• Empathy and rapport-building to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Proactive problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to promote products and services.
• Foster collaboration between the retail team and clinical services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient history, performing basic pre-tests and essential screening tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and ensure timely status updates.
