Results Physiotherapy in San Antonio, TX seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The PCC-I supports clinic growth by handling patient intake, referrals, scheduling, and insurance verification in collaboration with the Clinic Director.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills with the Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with efficient time-management and presentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming front office.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients and maintain organized workspace.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the Clinic Director.
• Participate in required training and compliance activities.
• Monitor schedule, documentation, deposits, and insurance reporting.
• Assist with inventory and non-clinical processes.
