Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits and manage appointments.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and greet patients.
• Make welcome calls and enhance patient arrival experience.
• Monitor and optimize clinic arrival rate.
• Handle schedule, documents, deposits, and non-clinical tasks.
• Support training and compliance activities.
