Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to join our Houston clinic in River Oaks. You will support clinic growth by managing patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and front office operations.

This entry-level role emphasizes customer service, multitasking across multiple computer programs, and teamwork with the Clinic Director.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.

• Make welcome calls and manage arrival rate.
• Manage schedule efficiently and routing of documents.
• Oversee overtime and non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and caseload.
