Responsibilities include greeting guests, assessing needs, and collaborating across departments to enhance healing. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and environments is expected, with a focus on safety and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, visitors and team members.
• Assess needs and provide appropriate assistance to promote patient-centric experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the patient experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and report safety concerns.
• Manage check-in/check-out communication and patient flow as needed.
• Provide service recovery and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Demonstrate initiative and professionalism in all interactions.
• Support scheduling and coordination within the Patient Experience team.
