Job summary

Turnpaugh Health and Wellness Center is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the practice, in person and virtually. You will manage appointments, check-in/check-out, and respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

You will maintain HIPAA-compliant records, process payments, and support care coordination with providers. A high school diploma is required; 2+ years in customer service or a medical office is preferred, with some coverage at the Manheim

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Minimum two years in customer service or patient-facing roles.
• Experience in a medical office or EMR systems preferred.
• Willingness to learn functional medicine.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced setting.
• Accurate data entry and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service via phone, online, and in person.
• Coordinate patient appointments and streamline check-in/check-out.
• Answer questions, provide guidance, and resolve concerns.
