Professional PT is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments while ensuring a smooth patient experience. You will manage new patient registrations, discuss insurance details, and handle payments in a welcoming, fast-paced clinical setting.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, a high school diploma, and experience in customer service or healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
