As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our organization, serving as the first point of contact for patients both in person and virtually.   • Process payments and manage scheduling with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with providers and team members to support exceptional patient care.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or patient-facing roles.
  • Prior experience in a medical office environment or with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and engage with principles of functional medicine.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with accurate data entry and basic cash handling procedure
