• Schedules surgeries, procedures and related appointments.
• Coordinates with providers and care teams regarding treatment plans and scheduling.
• Assists patients with completing required forms and documentation.
• Projects outreach to patients, providers, pharmacies and outside facilities as needed.
• Maintains patient tracking systems and coordinates follow-up activities.
• Conducts pre-procedure screenings and patient education about upcoming procedures.
• Transmits and coordinates medical records and other documentation for patient care.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all duties.
