• Promotes customer satisfaction with professional communication.
• Understands and applies clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
• Answers phones and routes messages to maintain workflow.
• Maintains organized records and confidentiality.
• Inputs demographic and medical data; assists with financial counseling when appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Clinic Manager.
• Completes assigned goals.
