• Perform daily and monthly close out procedures for internal controls and cash balancing.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance co-pays, deductibles and workers' compensation protocols to ensure accurate billing information.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professional communication.
• Answer phones and direct messages to maintain workflow.
• Enter charges accurately.
• Assist with financial counseling and arranging payments.
• Schedule appointments and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate data entry and collect fees at time of service.
• Complete assigned goals.
