Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Patient Experience Analyst to develop analytic strategies to assess and trend patient experience quality. You will perform advanced data analysis and design enterprise dashboards to help leadership measure and improve patient experience.

Ideal candidates have heavy experience with SQL/SAS/R/Python, strong collaboration and communication skills, and a track record of managing multiple projects in healthcare analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience with advanced data analysis, modeling, report development, QA and/or business analysis, documentation management, research statistics, or data quality.
• Master's degree with five (5) years of relevant advanced data and/or business analysis experience may substitute for a Bachelor's and seven (7) years of experience.
• Experience must include methodologies for data analysis and reporting, and proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, Python, VBA or related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytic strategies to assess and trend the patient experience quality.
• Perform advanced data analysis of patient satisfaction data using statistics and data management software.
• Plan and design reports and dashboards for enterprise leaders to measure and improve patient experience.
