Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with quantitative data analysis skills.
Three or more years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Experience with reporting and analytics for healthcare data is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop reports and analyses to address stakeholder information needs.
Manage data sources and centralized clinical data repository for reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and define metrics.
Present findings and recommendations to hospital leadership and quality teams.
Automate reporting functions where possible and ensure data quality across reports.
