Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Manager of Patient Experience Analytics & Insights to lead patient experience analytics, CAHPS survey administration, healthcare reporting, and data-driven performance improvement initiatives. This leadership role requires expertise in healthcare analytics, patient satisfaction, data management, quality improvement and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Leadership experience managing analytics teams and complex projects.
• Experience with healthcare analytics, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Strong statistical analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience presenting findings to executive leadership.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead analytics of CAHPS, patient satisfaction, loyalty and experience data.
• Identify trends and performance gaps to improve outcomes.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee CAHPS surveys, feedback tools, and digital platforms.
• Manage surveys, vendors, budgets, contracts, and timelines.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with operations, quality, nursing, marketing, HR, IT for improvements.
