• Evaluates survey results, identifying trends and target areas for improvement.
• Creates customized reports and presentations.
• Assists leadership in developing action plans based on report data and monitors plan results.
• Promotes patient satisfaction best practices within healthcare and serves as a resource for related information.
• Works with patients, families and medical staff to facilitate resolution of care issues.
• Provides education on patient relations topics to hospital personnel.
• Maintains professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
