JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to serve as the liaison between patients and the Physical Therapist, guiding patients from arrival to departure to ensure a positive experience.

As part of a care-first outpatient rehabilitation team with locations across the region, you will support daily operations, help maintain facility standards, and contribute to patient satisfaction through collaboration with therapists and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication required.
• Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Call patients from the waiting room to treatment areas.
• Maintain a clean facility throughout the day.
• Assist with laundry and towel management; ensure supplies are ready.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patients have a positive experience.
