Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year practice-based experience or in a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Focused on compliance and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients to create a polite, prompt, and compassionate experience.
• Handle check-in/check-out, registrations, eligibility verification, and MyChart education.
• Assist with appointment/testing scheduling at check-out and real-time payments.
• Provide waiting room concierge service and assist with kiosk check-in.
• Support practice-based team and address in-basket clerical pool messages.
• Coordinate with Access Center for time-sensitive scheduling requests and clinical inquiries.
• Maintain an organized, clean practice environment and manage mail, deliveries, and faxes.
• Demonstrate patient-centric, solution-oriented mindset in daily tasks.
