Responsibilities include courteous patient interactions, clerical duties, MyChart education, scheduling, and assisting with cash handling and mail processing. A strong focus on communication and service orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during interactions.
• Performs clerical tasks: check-in, registration, eligibility verification, and MyChart education.
• Delivers waiting room concierge service and supports kiosk check-in.
• Assists with opening/closing procedures, mail, cash handling, and indexing faxes.
• Supports team by addressing in-basket clerical messages promptly.
• Partners with Access Center to address scheduling requests.
• Facilitates connection to care team for time-sensitive clinical inquiries.
• Maintains a solution-oriented mindset to anticipate patient needs.
