Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during all practice-based patient interactions.
• Performs clerical tasks such as check-in/check-out, scheduling, and handling patient inquiries.
• Delivers waiting room concierge services and assists patients with kiosk check-in processes.
• Supports practice operations including mail handling, cash management, and document processing.
• Collaborates with other team members to address patient needs and time-sensitive scheduling requests.
