Responsibilities

• Greets admitted patients and families; introduces hospital services.
• Conducts daily unit visits to assess non-clinical needs and concerns.
• Investigates and resolves patient/family complaints and grievances.
• Initiates service recovery and directs inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Participates in hospital-wide patient experience initiatives.
• Respectfully communicates with patients from diverse backgrounds.
