Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2 years' experience or 60 college credits with 4 years of experience.
• Some formal training in medical interpretation is desirable.
• Effective communication with all levels of the organization is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families and introduce hospital services.
• Conduct daily visits to assess non-clinical needs and concerns.
• Investigate and resolve quality of care concerns with the care team.
• Document complaints in the Patient Feedback System and escalate as needed.
• Support hospital patient experience initiatives.
