Job summary

Tanner Excellence System is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to advocate for patients and families, resolve concerns in real time, and coordinate service recovery. You will work with nursing, physicians, and leadership to ensure concerns are addressed promptly while promoting compassionate, patient-centered care.

This role also supports initiatives related to patient satisfaction, employee recognition, and continuous improvement through the Tanner Excellence System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with guest interaction, satisfaction, and hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, hospital systems, and patient care operations.
• Understanding of Patient Rights & Responsibilities and Joint Commission standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the patient experience.
• Resolve concerns in real time and coordinate service recovery efforts.
• Connect patients with resources that remove barriers to care.
• Partner with nursing, physicians, and leadership to address concerns promptly.
