Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline advocate for patients, families and caregivers to proactively identify opportunities to improve the patient experience.
• Resolve concerns in real time and coordinate service recovery efforts.
• Connect patients with resources that remove barriers to care.
• Partner closely with nursing, physicians, ancillary departments, and leadership to address concerns promptly.
• Support organisational initiatives related to patient satisfaction and continuous improvement.
