Tanner Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle timely responses to calls and email inquiries via the PFS Customer Service line. The role supports deceased patient accounts, bankruptcy determinations, and attorney information requests, ensuring accurate and courteous service.

You will work with internal teams to resolve patient concerns, process correspondence, and maintain professional communication.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in patient accounting.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to spell and write business letters effectively and grammatically.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing helpful but not required.
• Detail oriented.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and email inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with deceased patient accounts, bankruptcy determinations, and attorney requests for information.
• Assist with receipt and distribution of PFS correspondence.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers and resolve patient concerns.
